ATEX

The ATEX guideline cannot be applied to flexible hoses directly because they are not equipment or protective system as defined by the guideline but a compound without an autonomous function that has to fulfill certain specifications. However, hoses produced by Schauenburg Ruhrkunststoff GmbH can be used according to the ATEX guideline under certain conditions.
